Pamporovo, the pearl of the Bulgarian ski resorts, is located in the center of Rodopi mountain, 260 km from Sofia, 85 km south of Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan.
One day on the ski tracks of Pamporovo is enough to get a nice suntan as it is deservedly named one of the sunniest mountain resorts in Bulgaria - the yearly sunny days here are more than 240.
Ski tracks are with different degree of difficulty, so whether you're a beginner or experienced skier, skiing down the track remains an unforgettable pleasure. Available to skiers are 25 km runs for alpine skiing with various difficulties, 30 km cross country runs, nine ski wardrobe and ski equipment.
Bezbog hut is located at 2240 meters altitude on the shore of Bezbojko Lake and is the newest hut in Pirin mountain. The capacity of the hut is 146 people, spread over 5 floors. The rooms are 3, 4 and 8 beds, there are separate apartments. The toilets are shared for each floor.
Near Momchilovtsi village in the Rhodope Mountains is located the Kartala are. There is a snowboard park in the witner. The conditions are not professional for ski tricks and jumps but the mood is the best - sun, peace, tranquility and cool tricks. The card for the lift costs about 10 levs for all day riding the park.
